This design is inspired by the HGTV Dream Home 2008 in Islamorada, a three-story paradise of ocean views containing a private luxury sweet for guests, a multifunctional media room, and other rooms that will surprise you. It is inspired by it, thus keep in mind it’s not 100% alike. The feel is still authentic in the exterior of the house, the floor plan and most of the colors. The Dream Home is over 3,000 sq ft and it is inspired by the rich, warm, and beautiful colors of the tropics, with soft coral undertones. The exterior is true to the Florida architecture with a white and blue façade, great balconies, and beautiful wood accents.
There is no rezz box needed since the home is linked completely and the house is full perm! All for a price of 50L! The house itself and the outside pool area are 102 prims total only!

The wall textures can be changed by clicking on them, the doors are scripted, the water of the pool is scripted as well. The clear walls have a blue texture for privacy and there is an optional security orb script, as well as locking mechanism for the doors. Follow the instructions given and put them inside the build.
