Great setting for RP and an atmospheric retreat: enter your spacious loft, draw up the ladder, rez the furniture, and relax away from it all.
The folly has the following features:
Working lockable gate with functioning light in the arch.
Sitting animations for up to 4 around the beautiful courtyard fountain.
Hummingbirds dip and rise around you.
Access to the Folly Loft is by a ladder. It's spacious inside - room to stand, rez the loft furniture when it's needed.
Strawbales and produce sacks provide ample sitting space.
(You can also rez your own furniture here if you like.)
Simply delete the furniture when not needed - it can be rerezzed on demand.
Two gestures with a bow and a point animation are provided as a way to rez and derez the loft furniture too.

LOVELY ADORABLE EXACTLY AS PICTURED
Emma came out to help me because I put the cart before the horse and rezzed the loft furniture without going up the ladder from the FOLLY floor first. PLEASE DO NOT do this. Climb the ladder up into the LOFT, and THEN rezz the furniture , which will close a FLOOR around the whole area of the loft, and the ladder will retract, leaving you in a wonderful lazy comfy private space that NO ONE can intrude upon. Total privacy and you are hidden in the loft;) Emma came out in an instant when I couldn't climb the ladder and get into the loft, and she told me the problem immediately but was called away.She left, leaving a great impression behind her of superb customer service. I fixed the loft problem by de-rezzing the furniture. Then the ladder came down and I climbed up and voila! The loft had a new floor, and the ladder retracted, when I re-rezzed the loft furniture. So follow her excellent instructions and you will love this BEAUTIFUL LOVELY FOLLY. EVERYTHING Emma does is exactly purrfection and her LI is exact on her descriptions. I have tested two builds so far and they EXCEED EXPECTATIONS, BEAUTY, and VALUE. THANK you EMMA! Also my landlord was so impressed with your IVY GARDEN WALL texture that he purchased it immediately . So you have two loyal fans now ;)

Excellent detail! Low prims! and its modifyable so it can be retextured to match. customer service is outstanding as well. it made a nice addition to our castle! 5 star rating all the way!

This build is just gorgeous. The little private area in the dome is neat. Lots of different fun sit poses in the main area at the bottom and also in the dome area.
