Is it an ancient forgotten portal to some strange place or is it a mana recharge artifact or just a nice magical looking conversation piece? Its purpose is up to you. Particles swirl around the inside and get sucked into the central void causing star burst on impact. It measures 1.35 x 2.09 x 6.3 meters, but of course you can change it to whatever size you want as it is fully modifiable. There is a copy that is fully phantom and another copy where the phantom horns are soft linked to the non phantom base for your convenience.
