It is a minimalist modern design with lots of potential
The whole house is phantom so the physic is added but LI is still low 45 LI total
no doors you will have to eliminate the prim imitating doors and place proper doors
dont try to change colors of the walls or floors or the texture, it wont work properly unless you have the original maps. It is ok for the price, but I would rather buy the original full perm version with all the textures to be modified

Excellent house for the price. Love the fact that it's mod. I easily sized it down to fit my 512 parcel of land and there was still plenty of room to move inside. Door script was a bit buggy for me but that is mod too so it was quick fix.
