Let me tell you a story.
You're enjoying some good SL time with your friends, there is no lag, you don't need to drink, eat or... anything else, everything is just fine. THEN, your phone starts ringing, someone knocks at your door, you suddenly remember the water is still boiling, and you can hardly type a quick "brb" before running away from your keyboard, leaving your poor avatar standing there, staring in the absurd, looking just dumb.
NOMORE !
That quick "brb" or "afk" you could hardly type now takes it all from there :
A nice book shows up in your left hand as your avatar starts reading it, flipping the pages now and then in a very elegant manner ; you can also go for the pad if you like, and your fingers will gracefully slide on its screen as you seem to focus.
This is how it works, it's quite simple :
- To trigger it, just say in local chat without the quotes : 'afk', 'AFK' or 'brb'.
- To shut it off, just say anything else in local chat.
- To change AFK style, first set AFK, then bring the menu by touching your book-pad.

So i should have assumed a female avatar would have trouble with how big it looks on the male, thats on me though lol. Wish it had a resize
The animation doesn't stop for me when i come back for afk until another animation kicks in.
overall i am happy with my purchase.
