Event Staffing Board [v0.2.5] + Tip Jar Server BETA TEST

This is a staff scheduling system that is being developed to make managing events and staff less time consuming. It includes a Tip Jar Server that will dispense float and follow tip jars to staff during events for which they are scheduled to work.

NOTE* This system has been running an automated music venue in my shop for over a year... I forget that it exists for months at a time... and the staff keep showing up!!!

It can take a few days for the owner to learn how to use the system as it has too many options.

Once u get a weekly repeating schedule of events on the board and some staff on the list it just runs like a machine.

You can decide if and how much to pay the staff.
Set public (visible to all staff) hourly rates for specific events.
Set Private bonuses for individual staff.
It only pays the staff member for the time they are present during scheduled events that they have signed up for.

There's also a staff hud that lets staff check schedules and sign up for events from home.

General Description
===========
The Event Staffing Board (ESB) is a powerful tool for venue owners, managers and administrators to schedule and staff events. It provides the following key features:

- Can be operated by the board's owner or their designated administrators.
- Displays on the board the start date/time and event name for 10 events at a time (scrollable) in chronological order.
- The board can be scrolled to the next or previous page of events by touching the red arrows.
- Indicates the staffing status by color (green = fully staffed, yellow = partially staffed, red = unstaffed.
- Owner/Admin can maintain the Event List with the following information for each event:
- Starting date and time (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM) in SLT.
- Event Length (minutes).
- Name of event (32 characters max).
- Event location (region coordinates as <X,Y,Z>. Defaults to same region as the board, but can be changed.
- Automatically reschedule finished events to repeat a specified number of days later.
- Event staffing requirements (i.e. roles, number of staff per role, and pay amount per role).
- Staff member names that are signed up for each role.
- Owner/Admin can maintain the Staff List with the following information for each staff member:
- Name (must be a valid avatar user name)
- List of roles the staff member is qualified/approved for.
- Opt-in / Opt-out status for receiving automatic daily staffing request (help wanted) IMs.
- Common board operating parameters are read from the "!ESB Config" notecard (see below for details)
- Owner/Admin can export or import Event List and Staff List (see below for details)
- Export sends formatted list records to user's private chat. User can copy/paste to a notecard for backup and later importing.
- Import reads formatted list records from a notecard, updates existing records and adds new records.
- The board will automatically send the following notification IMs:
- Staffing request (help wanted) messages to members of the Staff List once per day, announcing upcoming events in need of staffing.
- Event start reminder messages to event staff prior to the start of an event.
- Backup reminder message to the board's owner.
- Event information IMs upon the board owner's login.
- Upon completion of an event, the board will either delete the event or reschedule it in accordance with its specified repeat days.
- Includes ESB Staff HUD that enables staff members to receive messages, get event details, and sign up or withdraw from events from anywhere grid-wide.
- Option to pay staff members automatically at end of event.
