Evergreen Cabin (includes snow & no snow versions)

Textures are super simple and effective. Modern and clean.

It has great spatial value: there's a luminous hall, a darky back room (behind the stairs, big enough to make a games room, a big bedroom, or split it), an upstairs space (which can be the bedroom, freeing the backroom), a corner that can be either a bath or a kitchen... even the little spot behind the grill outside is useful. All in all it's super versatile.

Fits a 1024 parcel easily, with good space around.
Moddable (you can edit all parts, get rid of the big diagonal roof or the grill), and it's only 28 Li (without snow).

My only complains would be that it can't be resized smaller than it is, and the deck is invisible from below (wich it's a shame if you're on a hill and want the deck to be floating).
These are personal, so it doesn't detracts from the overall rate.

FYI, this building fits comfortably on a 1024 parcel, with room for some landscaping as well. The cabin is well done, although the black wall is a little much, it would be nicer if that was tintable. Adding a wall to the inner room made it a little nicer.
Mesh or prim floors will need to be added if you want to change the floor textures.
I like Bad Unicorn. I just wish the creator would add the dimensions to the descriptions. I'm sure more customers would buy if they knew what size parcel was needed.
There are some cons, but overall this was a great choice for a building.
