Beautiful statement home - modern and spacious. This house was designed to stand on water, but can be lowered and used in any way.
There are two bedrooms, both en-suite and each with its own personal balcony, and a third room at the top that can be used for anything.
The ground level is spacious with balconies and views in all directions to take in the views. There's a pool both at the front and at the back of the house.
The garden area in the first bedroom en-suite area is included with the house.
This house can be viewed in-world and this is strongly recommended before making a purchase. Go to Evolution, and then use the teleporter to tp to the house (C&G Series - Number IV). This house can not be rezzed from the rezzing station due to its size.
