A beautiful and spacious boathouse for the lovers of water. There are 3 levels, including a pool and a very spacious bedroom and bathroom.
This boathouse has loads of big floor to ceiling windows so you can experience the sea/water all around you.
A walkway plank is included, but can easily be unlinked and removed from the build if not needed OR modified shorter or longer as needed.

40.4m x 14.5m (without walkway)
40.4m x 29.3m (including walkway)
The walls and floors are a beautiful light wood.
