This is a beautiful, imposing and spacious house, even though the plot space it takes up is not that big, only 32x37.
This house offers living space over 3 floors as well as a rooftop garden with patio.
On the ground floor there is a swimming pool, surrounded by beams that can be opened or closed, with a small garden and a balcony. The beams can open in separate sections, depending on how you would prefer it.
The second floor offers a large open space with a fishtank (only add fish), and the top floor is the bedroom with en-suite bathroom space as well as a balcony for those extraordinary views this house will offer.
Further stairs lead up to the rooftop garden with a huge pond and waterfall as well as plenty of seating space.
