Exploding Penguin Tip Jar
TIP JAR / Donation Box version of Blasty the Exploding Penguin -- explodes when tipped and returns after some time (default 1 minute).
Shows 3 lines of hovertext: one that you set, one that shows total donated so far, and one that shows last giver and amount.
18 prims (plus temp-rez scraps on explosion)
Commands:
/4 reset resets given total to 0 and time value to default.
/4 time <seconds> sets wait time for blasty's return after explosion.
/4 title <title> sets the message that appears at the top of the hovertext.
