Fast turn-around on customer service
I'd ordered this pose, but the folder wasn't showing any contents upon delivery. RL got in the way so when I came back a few hours later, I attempted re-delivery. But nothing came through then. (Let me specify, these issues were probably something *I* was doing wrong, NOT the vendor)
I dropped them a notecard, and in less than 10 mins, I had a response and a successful re-delivery. Pose works perfect.
