FABRIK is the german word for factory - and this is what it looks like. Big. Raw.
Seems to be designed for a purpose only. Steel pipes and rusty tanks are witnesses of the builds "productive" history.
Grafittis are the makeup of an abandoned facility... but now.. YOU FOUND IT!

Customize the look - graffiti or not, steam leaks or silent pipes, clear windows, shutters or dark, non opaque glass.
Its your choice. Place lamps where you need them, switch them to different modes to fit your needs.
Allow only your group members to enter the building or set an access list for people you want to control this
building and lock it up - so only the people you like to can control it. Other people cannot access the house menu, even if the house is unlocked.

Size: 30x30x35 m (at least 2048m of land required).

FABRIK multi purpose building v1.5 = 236 prims (contains 30x30 m huge prims and sculpted parts)
FABRIK 1.5 Rezzer = 1 prim (contains a complete setup with lamps and pond - 268 prims total)
FABRIK Extras:
FABRIK Cherry Tree in Pond = 17 prims (with sculpted trunk, flexi leaves, particle effect and animated water)
FABRIK Neon Tubes = 3 prims (works only with the FABRIK menu, on/off, flicker and automatic light mode)
FABRIK Wall Lamp = 4 prims (works only with the FABRIK menu, on/off, flicker and automatic light mode)

***INSTRUCTIONS***
Unpacking and rezzing:
1. Rez the box youve purchased (FABRIK Building BOX ) and rightclick it. Select "open" from the pie menu.
2. Copy all contents to your inventory (a folder will appear with the same name as the box).
3. Delete the rezzed box but keep a copy of it in your inventory!
4. Drag the parts on the ground and place them where you like them.
Using the included rezzer:
1. Rez the FABRIK 1.5 rezzer on the ground. It will be near the center of the rezzed building.
2. Adjust the position roughly.
3. Press the [Rez] button on the pop up menu that has appeared on rezzing.
4. When all parts are in position, move the rezzer box to fine adjust the position of the FABRIK building.
The additional light script:
1. Put the script into the bulb prim of your own lamp.
2. IMPORTANT - it will light up the prim it is in. Make sure you place it in the bulb.
3. Control your own lamp with the FABRIK light menu.
FABRIK extra window controller:
1. In case you have modified the FABRIK, you can rez an additional controller with separate access list to control windows.
2. Put the FABRIK Window Script in every window you want to be changeable.
The menu:
1. The system will add you automatically when rezzing the build.
2. It will remain un the unlocked state by default.
3. The doors will open on touch or by walking in them by anyone if not locked.
4. There is one controller looking like a lightswitch on a pillar, accessible from every floor.
5. It is right next to the main door on the ground floor. Touch it to get a pop up menu.
6. Select your options.
7. Say "add Roopert Huldschinsky" to add me to your access list - or any other friends name after touching the controller.
***NOTES***
IMPORTANT:
Never unlink any parts of this building.
It is modifyable for your comfort and decoration purposes.
BUT UNLINKING PARTS WILL BREAK THE WINDOW TINT SYSTEM.
Its because of efficient scripting - the windows dont contain scripts to reduce lag.
The controller changes the window textures by link numbers.

This is a quite huge building.
MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE IT FITS YOUR PARCEL.
