The Badge should be attached to your spine (just hit "Add" from your inventory once unpacked). Everyone is different, so you will likely need to adjust the position, rotation, and size so the badge sits properly. I recommend rezzing a spare copy to resize in case you mess up.

I have included 2 full permission texture templates so you can customize this badge for your department. The two styles are pictured in the ad above. Simply download the texture, and customize with your department seal and text in Gimp or Photoshop. I may be able to do customized textures, depending on my availability.
