This is the 'ground version' of the Split-Level Skybox. The ground floor features a spacious garage with doors that open and close on proximity or touch and an easily modifiable access list. Baked in shadows and small details such as vents, pipes, industrial switches, pillars and grime complete the feel of the garage.

Upstairs you'll find a small two-room split-level flat complete with walk-in closet, skylight and bathroom. All lights turn on/off with touch.

The roof ladder features an easy teleportation script via the wall and roof top vents, easily teleport up to the roof or back down to the balcony with a touch.
