Some features explained what is in this house :
Controle system :
* All rooms have their own controle system in it that controlles for example :
- Windows ( open / dim / close in a smooth effect )
- Doors ( loch / unlock )
- Blinds ( up / down )
- Lamps ( set brightness and even collor as desired )
- Security ( when enabled set range, delay and friends who may come in in the whitelist )
- Radio ( all kind of stations allready added and you can add your own )
- HotTub ( Outside, it opens the wooden floor to acces the HotTub )
- and more....

The house have more controllers, downstairs, upstairs, outside and a main controller what controlles everything. All controllers can communicate with eachother so acces another room controller from 1 controller or even controll all in 1 time !!
In the controlle system you can set acces to who can use the system, also you can add a manager in for example your partner so that he/she can also manage the system. Just play with it and see what all does ;)
Outside is the HotTub that you see when you open the HotTub in the controller. On the HotTub you see controllers also, fill/drain, lamps, steam, jets, hearts AND ROMANCE !! Just fill it and watch what happens. This is a brand new HotTub system in SL. no more following water or what ever now it`s rezzing from the tub.
I have added MULTI sits in the pillows in the corners so you can choose your animation by click the pillow you are on. Also i included some couple animations as poseballs in the tub. When you want to hide those just typ in chat " /9 hide " and to show "/9 show " without the " ofcourse !! This hottub is realy something different as you will see. The "ROMANCE "menu option gives all a very cool extra and is made with care specialy for you. Use and enjoy ;) !!
Upstairs is a bed with animations allready set up for you . Just start it and enjoy the intimate moments with your partner. Also you will find a tub there that has a cool animation in it also to fresh yourselve up and a washing table to wash your hands also animated. They both can be filled with water ofcourse just click where you would do in your RL to get water hehe.
You also find a nice cuddle rug for romantic moments with your partner or sit on the beanbags to chat a little what ever you want ;)
Downstairs you`ll find all kind of furniture, it is also multi animated so more sits on 1 spot where you can choose from. It stores for 100 residents theyr latest sit so no need to look what sit you had last time that you liked so much !

All animations are smooth looped animations and NO freebies or poses. I spend a lot of money on them beceause i believe it`s a finishing touch :D i even let some make me custom like many in the hottub outside.
Security, when you rezz this house on land you own it is impossible to set the range to far as it scans automaticly for the borders of your plot so never eject the neighbours. This does not work on group owned land beceause of SL limits so then you need to set a good range ofcourse.
