Controle system :
* All rooms have their own controle system in it that controlles for example :
- Windows ( open / dim / close in a smooth effect )
- Doors ( lock / unlock )
- Blins ( Up / Down
- Lamps ( set brightness and even collor as desired )
- Fireplace ( set off/on )
- Skylight what opens the ceiling with panorama under the stars !!
- Security ( when enabled set range, delay and friends who may come in in the whitelist )
- Radio ( all kind of stations allready added and you can add your own )
- HotTub with a huge menu build in and many other features !!
- Pool with cool waterfall and many other features !
- HIPPO RENT plugin included for residents who want to rent this wonderfull building out to other residents.It makes the home
controle system compatible with the hippo rental system for easy setup !!

The building has more controllers, "LIVING ROOM", "POOL ROOM", "2BEDROOMS". "HALLWAY" and a "MAIN CONTROLLER" what controlles everything. All controllers can communicate with eachother so acces another room controller from 1 controller or even controll all in 1 time !!
In the controlle system you can set acces to who can use the system, also you can add a manager in for example your partner so that he/she can also manage the system. Just play with it and see what all does ;)
Security, when you rezz this house on land you own it is impossible to set the range to fr as it scans automaticly for the borders of your plot so never eject the neighbours. This does not work on group owned land beceause of SL limits so then you need to set a good range ofcourse.You need to enable this function in the home controlle system !!
