Thank you for your interest in the personal version of my color shift script set! These scripts are very low lag, and highly usable in many builds. As with most texture tinting, grey scale textures with rich shadows and highlights typically do well, though other colors can also be tinted. The darker the color, the less apparent the colorshift often ends up being.

The scripts in this version are intended for use in personal items that you own, whether decorations, avatar items builds, etc. The scripts in this version are copy only permissions.

The scripts included:

Gradient Color Shifter All Prims:

This script is intended to be used in objects made up of multiple prims, and will do a slow color shift through the linkset of those prims. Each prim in the set will be a slightly different color from the one before, making for a gradient look. The more prims involved, the smoother the transition between colors. The order that you link the prims in the object will determine the order that the color shift goes through on your objects. Using this script will affect all prims in the object (though transparent prims are still transparent). If you are looking for a particular setup that involves less than all prims, Fortunas Sands can be contacted for specialty setups.

Single Color Shifter All Prims:

This script is intended to be used in objects made up of multiple prims, and will do a slow single color shift across all of those prims. Higher prim counts will result in a slower color shift on the object. Watch closely, it is sneaky.

Single Color Shifter One Prim:

This script is intended to be used in a single prim, either stand alone, or a single edited prim in a linked object. That one prim will do a slow color shift through the spectrum. If you use the script in more than one prim, each will do a color shift. The color shift will not match initially if you do this, but resetting the scripts in the object will synchronize the color shift at that moment. The usual SL issues, lag, and so forth may cause them to go out of synch again later. They can be reset again with no issues. Be careful of other scripts in your items if they are not as friendly to resets.

Single Random Color Shifter One Prim:

This script is intended to be used in a single prim, either stand alone, or a single edited prim in a linked object. That one prim will change through random colors. If you use the script in more than one prim, each will do this. The speed is slightly randomized to keep prims from matching on timing. If you need particular changes, contact Fortunas Sands.
