Zounds, look at the land impact!
Every chain link is modeled in detail. No wonder the LI is off the charts. Wish it were more efficient, but it looks good. Fortunately it is Copy+Mod so I was able to put my own script into toggle the sound and smoke.
The animation script is constantly trying to start the animation. Dunno why a self-looping anim wasn't used. Plus it tries to run the anim even when the thing isn't worn, just rezzed.
