[FS] LogHouse "Bear Creek"

This is a beautiful house. Its design is really unlike any other log home in SL. It's a great price as well. Some things I don't like - there is no snow roof for this home, which is a shame as even though it may be an older build from the creator, it's really exceptional - and could be "beefed up" easily with some extra work. I did a fair bit of modifying on mine, added a stunning "sun room" off one of the balconies that I textured to almost match the house textures. Another thing, which may just be to keep the overall house LI down, is that there are no actual windows in the house, just the framing. I like this house enough that I've been using it instead of my several Potomac homes, even though they come with menu that auto rezzes snow roof, icicle lights, window coverings, snow and leaves fall when you look through the windows, etc. Five stars for design on this home, but overall a three because it really could be so much more than it is.

I love love love this house! with alittle creativity we were able to add a cozy kitchen and have a wonderfully flowing home in a non traditional build. Asked the designer about the possibility of a snow roof and that may be a possibility in the winter so we are thrilled to live in this for a long time :D
