Full Perm Script + Full Perm Texture
(full perm meant for builders to use in their builds and sell if they like, not for individual resale as is).
You can play around and manipulate the script if you want to tint the water mist, make it bigger/smaller, etc. You don't have to have scripting knowledge to use this though as I left it on good settings. If you have any questions though, let me know.

This is a very good script ... I have tweaked it a bit to suit me more ... I would suggest that you put a notation of where this can be seen in world .. its worth every "L" and more.
