One Star seems a bit excessive...
Yes, these are very high LI for decor only builds, but they're well textured and look good as fillers. I used them as fillers in a petite sized village, and as well as shrinking them I added a cube physics box and turned off the physics on the mesh. This reduced the LI a little but it's still very high.
So if you have plenty of spare LI on your parcel, they're OK, or if you just want a build for a temporary photo backdrop then these will absolutely do - especially for the price. :)
