This building is perfect for any type of commerce. It features simple, multilevel floor plan and built in, illuminated shelves (version without shelves also included). Building has several rooms allowing you to create different areas for your products. Large chandelier, stucco molding, columns and wood room dividers with recessed shelves creates mix of classic and contemporary elements.
DOOR MANUAL: By default doors are set free access for everyone and auto close after 5 sec. If you need to change door settings here is an instruction on how to do it:
- click, hold and slide your mouse over the door (mouse needs to touch at least 15% of the door prim)
- when menu pops up select if access is allowed to everyone, to owner, to a SL group (the one set to the door in Edit/General tab/ Group)
- Check the other menu options for opening movement, auto-close time etc.
- Click the button [FINISH] when terminated.Optional - you can edit the note card inside door "-My door access list" and add the names after "AllowedAvats = "
IMPORTANT: All Fanatik items are copy / modify / non transferable. They can be resized and color tinted. Lightning effects you see are directly baked on textures. We do not provide so called “shadow maps” and we do not give away or sell our textures.
Linking and un-linking prims, adding scripts and resizing might change prim count so we advise you to make a copy of your item first. When rezzed on ground – some transforming might be needed.

I cant ague with the other reviews, this is indeed a very nice build. Once I saw it, I cant say I really cared what the figure was when I hit the buy button. Perfect for my store needs, and I even heard one of my friends mention it would make a great house. Great work, you should be proud.
GORGEOUS!
I fell in love with this build the second I saw it in market. I just knew I had to go look at it since Fanatik is well known in SL for amazing creations. Yeah Yeah...I know...this is a store...well I bought it to be my house! Its FABULOUS! The grand entry, the foyer, the gorgeous doors and huge windows and its MOD! Yippee Ki Yi Yah! I am going to have so much fun in this house!!! I love that I finally have some wall space to put my art and pics from SL and that the places are already lit where they go! How perfect is that. The prim is great..I didn't use the shelves...I kept it nice and open and my intention is to open up the back and side walls with the huge windows. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this! I have searched high and low for a place big enough for me to be able to walk around without running into walls and doors which is another feature I love...not having to open the door...you just walk to it and it opens! That is huge for someone that gets stuck behind doors all the time after more than 3 years lol. The textures are amazing...and the size and layout is exactly what I was looking for. There is a lot of wonderful wall and floor space wrapped up into a gorgeous build. I have looked for months and bought way too many houses I liked... but this one... I LOVE! It will be fantastic with every theme I have on my sim! Thank you so much for building my perfect SL home!
