This two-level commercial building is perfect for a store, photo gallery, boutique, office, cafe, or any other business. A simple floor plan allows moving easy with a camera and provides the best visibility for all your products. This package also includes occlusion maps for canopies in order for you to be able to change canopy textures and print your logo in it. This building includes scripted doors that can be set to access for everyone, group, owner, or selected people. No rezzer or unlinked parts - easy to set up. The building is 26 x 32 m (fits 1024 sqm. parcel) and it has only 99 prims. Ultra-low lag scripts and high-quality textures.
DOOR MANUAL: By default, doors are set free access for everyone and auto-close after 5 sec. If you need to change door settings here is an instruction on how to do it.
- click, hold and slide your mouse over the door (mouse needs to touch at least 15% of the door prim)
- when the menu pops up select if access is allowed to everyone, to the owner, to a SL group (the one set to the door in Edit/General tab/ Group)
- Check the other menu options for the opening movement, auto-close time etc.
- Click the button [FINISH] when terminated.
Optional - you can edit the notecard inside door "-My door access list" and add the names after "AllowedAvats = ".
IMPORTANT: All Fanatik items are copy / modify / non transferable. They can be resized and color tinted. Lightning effects you see are directly baked-on textures. We do not provide so-called “shadow maps” and we do not give away or sell our textures. This building is sold as the final product and is not made to supply parts for other builds.
Linking and unlinking prims, adding scripts, and resizing might change prim count so we advise you to make a copy of your item first. When rezzed on the ground – some transforming might be needed. All scripts included in this building are no modify/ no transferable.

What Can I Say?
There are many amazing mesh creators in SL, however there is only ONE that I hold in such high esteem and it's Kendra Zaurak / Fanatik.
The care and detail that goes into each building is just mind blowing. I own almost every building from Fanatik and I have never been let down. Kendra also surpasses other store owners in the ways of customer service.
The ONLY negative thing (and it's not a negative really) I can say is...MORE PRODUCTS! I'd love to see a reception desk to match this building or to match the Kukumi building and please...male version of the mesh torso display ;o)
