This is an upgrade to the previous version, with some design modifications and added rooms!
Its compact footprint (16x16) allows it to be put in very small parcels, though 512sqm or bigger land is recommended.
The tower has a Land Impact of only 69.
The windows/curtains have privacy mode on and off.
The building is copy / mod / no-transfer.
You get 2 different versions of the tower: One with no basement, for when you can't dig a hole in the ground for it, and one complete with underground levels.
The full version (two underground levels) takes 69 Land Impact.
The version with no underground takes 61 Land Impact.
There are 11 main rooms in this tower (6 on the version without underground rooms), and small adjacent rooms in them.

Awesome Building, and low prim great creator
Creator was quick to respond when I needed help, the building is fabulous, so much space and only takes up a small portion of my land and prims.
