The Farmhouse is one of the newer additions from by Dorian and is by far our most feature rich prefab to date. The house is 116 LI and has a footprint of roughly 23 X 25, meaning it will fit on most lots 2048 in size or larger. See below for a list of features!
The farmhouse includes:
- 2 floors with 3 or 4 bedrooms, depending on your preference
- House control system
- Working porch lights, Porch Ceiling fan / light, Bedroom lights
- Franklin style woodstove with touch on off sound
- Menu driven color change for all interior walls, as well as instructions detailing how to use your own custom colors if you'd rather.
- Solo / couples animated window seat
- Working weathervane - The horse and arrow turn with SL wind, and the direction letters can be turned in 45 degree increments on touch.

Nice house
It's a nice house for the price, there's only one problem that irks me, when walking though the building your camera gets shoved into the back of your head but aside from that its nice, the rooms are easy to color with one of the light switches by the front door. all around a good house, the impact is low and that's always a good thing.
Love this house
This a perfect house. You can reduce the prims by getting rid of the fireplace and lay another floor prim in the living room. I like how roomy and you can change the color of the walls. I like all Dorian homes but this is my favorite one!
freaking amazing!
I love this house, can be resized, low prim. All rooms are on a different mesh face so you can retexture each room without causing issues to the others, even the floors! Super duper happy with this house! I wish they would make more houses!
If you are looking for detailed, light and spacious...
The rooms are spacious and the textures are very good. I had to buy this as soon as I saw that it gives you so much of a home without having a massive land impact! Good Job Dorian!
