The Farmhouse is the latest addition from by Dorian and is by far our most feature rich prefab to date. The house is 116 LI and has a footprint of roughly 23 X 25, meaning it will fit on most lots 2048 in size or larger. See below for a list of features!
The farmhouse includes:
- 2 floors with 3 or 4 bedrooms, depending on your preference
- House control system
- Working porch lights, Porch Ceiling fan / light, Bedroom lights
- Franklin style woodstove with touch on off sound
- Menu driven color change for all interior walls, as well as instructions detailing how to use your own custom colors if you'd rather.
- Solo / couples animated window seat
- Working weathervane - The horse and arrow turn with SL wind, and the direction letters can be turned in 45 degree increments on touch.

good size, good function and pretty
I LOVE this house.
I wasn't even looking for a new house, but a friend stumbled across this one for our sim and I loved it so much that I got one for our home. It's beautifully textured, has just the right amount of space for our family and you really can't beat how light on the land impact it is.
