Not the Worst

Not the worst I have tried to use, however that being said,

Pros:

It does what is says it does, you can change damage, and all the things you are supposed to, so it DOES sort of work.

Cons:

No weapon from any other vender, even the BIG ones like LR Weapons, you cannot use their weapons to attack, so using it on a sim is basically pointless.
Looks are not good, they could be updated to look better, even though it is a target dummy for the price it should be better.

It does work, I have used it with the weapon they ship it with, but for an overall training dummy I wish it was more and you could use any metereable weapon to attack it.

Not easy to use?

I wasnt surprised about some of the reviews I saw here. I bought one Dummy a long time ago and never got it to work to my satisfaction. However I did buy another recently hoping it has been improved, I never actually got it to work this time even though the promo suggests it works with just about any weapon. i am sure if you have enough time to mess round you'll get it working eventually, I dont. Another 1200 thrown away.

Here is a run down of my experience with this product... hopefully it helps you make a good decision:

*PROS*
-Great practice for beginners to help improve mouse look tactics (staying on targeting and maneuvering)
-Great way to pass time when no one is available to spar with.
-Hits are pretty accurate and movements are semi realistic (it doesnt just stand there and die... it floats like a butterfly)
-Having the copy option allows you to drop multiple dummies and take on 2 or 3 or 100 of them if wanted.

*CONS*
-Can't find any weapons that it works with other than the sword that came with it. Kinda stinks because you can't just drop it in your sim for folks to enjoy.
-Poor graphics. Really needs an overhaul on the look. It looks EXACTLY like the picture (even in the heat of battle it looks exactly like that lol)
-Can't use the shield? Thats really the biggest draw back... it impedes you're ability to train with it if you can't use it.

My personal opinion...
Its a bit over priced for what you're getting... and even with all the draw backs, I do enjoy it. I have no buyer remorse even though its pretty limited. If it actually recognized weapons... or even just 1 type of weapon... or a free weapon.. or something.. it'd be much better. I do rather enjoy chasing 2 or 3 of them around though. If I could put a more ideal price on this for what you're getting... it'd be closer to 800 or 900 L.

I think I've been cheated

Major disappointment. It only works with a select few weapons. The attachment you're supposed to use is useless. The fact it only works with the training sword provided would help but it's no copy/no trans...useless. Shame on them.

Grrrr

This is most disappointing, no animation on the dummy, it doesn't work with my weapons , what point is training with a weapon I am NEVER going to use in actual combat? Dummy has auto fire on and you don't can't even block. For 1,200 linden I expected a much better product than this
