These logs were delivered to me with an issue and I messaged the creator. He was very prompt with responding and corrected my issue. These logs are perfect, thank you. I especially like the way they darken when lit!!
WAY too big!
This would've been perfect, except it's WAY too big to fit a regular sized fireplace, and no mod so you can't shrink it down. Sadly, it was a waste of L for me :c
Very nice Fireplace logs
I put a different grate under these, but other than that, they're perfect! I like them better than some that I've paid a lot more for. I love that they change textures.
There was a problem with the permissions, but I contacted Hisense and he immediately passed me the a copy/transfer version.
I'm a very happy customer.
Best logs and flames I've seen
It's not hard to find fireplaces in SL. The vast majority just aren't good enough. Flames look unrealistic and the logs often don't look so good, either.
This one is exceptional and the price is great. The flames are excellent and NOT overdone. The logs change appearance when you turn off the flame. (I wish my gas insert fireplace in RL did that.)
Outstanding customer service: I needed redelivery, so I contacted Hisense. He sent a replacement and a nice message less than one minute later.
