Believe it or not, I was actually looking for something exactly like this (a neon sign featuring a fish) and I couldn't believe it when I found it for so cheap on the marketplace. I went ahead and got it and just opened it up and it is SO STINKING CUTE.
So, just to note, since the image doesn't do it justice: this is a 3D neon sign (the 3D tubes are offset from the black base). It features an entire rainbow of glowing colors, as well as an option for it to remain on a static glow or for it to have a blinking animation. Also, it can be resized to fit whatever window/wall/wherever you're wanting to place it.
I know it may be silly, but this has made me so happy. SO HAPPY.
