Nice victorian / New Engalnd shaped wooden red house.
Looks great on the river side or any other natural sim.
House comes with 2 floors. the stairway is in the smaller part next to the house leaving a lot floor space to the house.
doors and walls inside,as well as the fireplace, can be taken out to safe prims or to create large space. (saves about 20 prims)
Outside doors can be secured and windows can be blinded.
