Although the build may be easily re-sized (when you rez it will be one link-set) please bear in mind clearances under stairs/arches etc. This version is suitable for avatars up to 2.4 meters tall. The size provided counts for a LI of 193, this will reduce or increase with re-sizing.
The Manor House/Castle is intended for, and provides, space for comfortable living. It is not dark and dingy in the main areas yet has underground passages leading a cave and a dungeon (or dance room and play room if you so wish!), which are rather less inviting if left as they are now.
Principal rooms, including the Great Hall come with surfaces that may be re-textured. The Hall itself comes with large fireplace that provides an atmosphere but will benefit from the addition of colourful furnishings. The interior spaces of the build are purposefully textured with "neutral" colours since it is expected you will want to add your own "character" to the place.
The purchase includes a full perm medieval banner, a brazier and a torch for use underground. (Together these sell for $399). The two white banners shown on the box front are not part of the build since it is expected you will wish to create your own design. (If you would like those in the photo please message me and I'll pass them over).
Doors are of a standard size and you can copy and add new doors anywhere you wish.
Scripts, including the door scripts are copy only. However, if you hold your mouse pointer over a door it will turn into a hand. Move the pointer away downwards and a menu will appear. You can set access using the menu for anyone, owner, group or named avatars. To list avatar names please edit the NC inside each door. When finished please "re-set" the scripts for each door.
For those who intend to use the build for RP (in addition to the door permissions) perhaps the "Sally Port" will be useful. This leads from the underground passages to the castle wall where a disguised door opens to allow escape. You may also enter there provided you can locate the disguised entrance.
The build's size is approximately 34 m wide, 42 m deep and 27 m tall. At the provided size the build counts as 193 LI.
