HOW TO USE:
# Rezz on the ground from the inventory
# Chat commands in local chat:
"/27 light" = starts particle display
"/27 sound" = switches on sound
"/27 prim" = makes prim invisible
Use the same chat commands 2nd time to get the opposite effects
"/27 clean" = deletes
