Nice but...
would like if there was a off /on option for the balloons because after a while it gets annoying seeing balloons flying everywhere...and I end up having to take off the hat ..which I don't want to do.. :(
Good party atmosphere
I got this for my American friend. I can't believe it only cost $25! The bouncing balloons make it realistic.
