Hair not included. Magika Jingle Chu(has xmas lights winding through and into mouth) in picture was special limited item from Christmas 2010 and is not longer available. I would recommend having a look at, as it is nearly identical, is Action: Hikari Hair. The one Action has listed on Marketplace is in jet black . You can purchase inworld in other colors.
