Free Parachute Sign

Wanted to grab this to save time for our AEROPUNK SKY PIRATES COALITON party works that we announce in SL Aviation and other groups some times.

I do like a quick chute giver, but it should be using the 2.2 version with the top by now I feel. I wouldn't mind so much but the sign is also NO MOD so sadly I can't fix it myself.

That said though, not the worst for the price tag and good quick smudge solution to set up for parties. But that No Mod and using the older chute in combo means it's just not quite as good as it could've been. I'd gladly look to update this review upon it being fixed though.

That and reminded it's fixed and to change it cuz by golly us AEROPUNK SKY PIRATE COALITON types are busy flying almost every day of the week!

What's being sold here is really just the design of the sign and the giver, which doesn't seem unreasonable for L$25. The parachute inside is the free Terra e-chute I've had in my inventory for close to a decade. Unfortunately, when I've tried it recently, the e-chute canopy doesn't appear, so while the parachute does "open", I float to the ground hanging from wires only.

Note that the e-chute is a 2006-style ovoid prim that doesn't look like a parachute pack.

It's possible that the canopy was just glitching for me or in my region, in which case I'd give a higher rating and recommend this. Otherwise, unless you're able to repair the now-obsolete e-chute (which is full perm, so it's an option if you have the skills), I'd say there's no point in getting this.

This is great:) My only problem is now I have to put a higher build up so the ride is longer:) LOL GOOD job!
