The house is based upon actual plans and illustrations.
The house does not come with the furniture in the pics but does come with all of the landscaping, plants etc. The interior of the house comes with andirons and burning fires in all of the fireplaces.
This house is 4 stories, including a basement (3 rooms), 1st Floor (3 rooms), 2nd Floor (3 rooms) and a 3rd Floor (2 rooms) for a total of 11 rooms, not counting the hallways.
