The object is modifiable (inventory says -mod due to the script driving the effects) and can be scaled, retextured, brightness adjusted or even have parts removed or be linked to other objects to save on attachment points. You could turn it into a cool halo by wearing it on your head -- the mesh design lets you see things inside it! The glitter effect on the dust requires advanced lighting/materials enabled.
