Pretty costume and the mesh looks good. I just wish the cape was flowy and not stiff looking when I move.

I didn't hop on the Frozen bandwagon for a long time. Recently I decided to try out Elsa and I almost overlooked this dress until I read that it was full perm with resources. The already textured example of the dress is perfect for my av (and the cape is good too, though static which is stated clearly enough).
I don't think my Elsa avatar would have come together as well as it did without this dress. For Full Perms with resources I don't think you can beat this package.
