Maker responded promptly!
I had an issue with the window and contacted the maker. She responded quickly and was as helpful as she could be. When we could not work out the unique issue I had, she refunded my money. The window is a very beautiful piece and easily textured. My only issue was needing to turn it phantom as it was on a second floor.
