It's fine, still needs work.
If you need a cheap house that is move in ready, this would work. It's not a bad design, there are several spaces on the main floor, which could be for a kitchen, bathroom, or an office. The 2nd floor is just a large loft.
If you are looking for a pre-built house you can modify to suit your needs, this is probably not it. There is a small room on the main floor I cannot walk into. The mesh physics there were placed in the wrong place. There are no texture maps to change the walls or floors.
I suspect most who buy this will use this house as a rental on their sim. Just plop down several copies and rent it out. It is fine for that.
But I was looking for an easy to modify home I can furnish and sell.
A bit disappointing
Overall the textures are okay but the door textures are flat, the house is in a rezzer so if you change something then derez for any reason it reverts. The whole house is very hard to edit if you want to change parts of the layout. I had intended to include this house in a build for a town but sadly I feel like instead I was overcharged for something that is not an easy change item. I do feel like I am being generous with the 3 stars. at least the textures are not grungy.

This is a cute and well made house but without the texture maps and shadow maps there is no way to personalize it to suit your tastes. The textures are neutral which is good but I'm not not into parquet floors. If the walls could even be textured separately it would be a help but they are not, if you change the texture of the inside wall it also changes the outside texture, they should have been put on different faces if the textures were not going to be offered with the house. Great price and work as long as you don't want to customize it at all. I have IM'd the creator to see if I can get the maps and if I can then I will change this to 5 stars :)
3/6/17 The creator was quick to deal with the issues I had stated above, There still aren't shadow maps if you want to keep the shadows and customize the textures but he gave me the textures that come on the house, because I have a lot of experience with making textures in my photo program I was able to customize the current texture maps. So with all that said, if you don't have a lot of experience with texturing you might have some trouble changing this house to suit your tastes but if you're ok with it as is it's a great build for a great price.
