What?
65,536 sqm for only L$1,499 per week sounded unbelievable to me. Then I thought how come only 1,000 prims for renting a whole sim? A homestead has a 3,750 prims. A whole sim has 15,000 prims. I had to check to see if I read all the info right. Well I found out it isn't a whole sim it's a parcel for rent on a whole sim. I cammed out of the sky dome I was standing in and saw there was another sky dome only 126 meters below the sky dome I was in and many more below. Which in my opinion would not afford me any privacy at all which is advertised total privacy. These sky domes look very nice though. I was thrown off by the misleading information that 's all.
Home away from home
I have been renting this land for some time now and I have to say this is one of the best places I have owned. I love how private it is, but also so beautiful. I really feel at home here and the price for the amount of prims you get is unbeatable!
Your dream land awaits ..
I've owned and rented land before, but this is by far the best land yet. The landscaping is impeccable and if you run out of prims they will assist you with more. Honestly the best part of this land is the staff, they are always there to help and very polite. Never had such good customer service with my other properties. They are so kind I don't even feel like a customer, I feel truly at home. I would give 100 stars if I could :)
An amazing slice of SL
Having owned mainland for several years I opted to sell my property and rent - significantly cheaper when amatorized over the year since I was able to drop my premium membership. I have not regretted one single moment switching from property owner to renter at Bella Pointe. Sooo much room I have no idea what to do with most of it so I just enjoy the sense of wonderful space... all perfectly private. And those waterfalls! They make for great places to enjoy that "privacy" ;)
But, I think the best thing, and biggest benefit, the landscaping does NOT chew into my prim allowance so I gained significant prims with the switch over as well.. Talk about Win-Win!
Excellent Rental Experience!
I rent a full-sim sized skybox through Bella Pointe, and have been extremely pleased with that decision. The skybox is beautifully landscaped, with absolute privacy and all amenities I could wish for as a renter. On the one or two occasions that I've needed customer support, the staff has been helpful, friendly, and very quick to respond to my needs. No regrets--very satisfied renter.

Great place to rent with amazing staff. You really can't beat getting pretty much a whole sim for the price. Will definitely recommend!
