The creator failed to mention it is mesh and weighs 482 Land Impact when rezzed tall.

The picture on this ad looks nothing like the end product
I have searched all over looking for a good mesh eiffel tower and I thought this might work, but honestly, it's a terrible mesh. First off, when I rezzed it, it's ENORMOUS... then I start looking at it and half of it doesn't even show up. It's as if bits of it are missing. I even tried retexturing it and I'm sorry, but its just not good.
