It's Ok, But....
I would rated this item higher, but texture mapping inconsistencies prevent me from doing that.
On the front section, for example, the front panel is mapped horizontally while the sides connecting to it are mapped vertically, preventing the use of any sort of grained texture such as wood. If you're planning on using solid colors, then it shouldn't be a problem for anyone.
Other than that, it could make a good home bar project for someone.
