Good piece
I loved that the door worked and you could actually walk into it. I was surprised by that. Easy to texture and very good shading.
check your LOD.
Unfortunately this mesh designers did not test their items as lower (default) settings so part of the object falls apart visually when you zoom out.
Well designed items do not seriously degrade in shape ever regardless of the distance.
