Looks good, lacks resize

It looks nice and is an interesting design, it'd be great to add to outfits but there is no resize script and every single pearl, link, and charm is a separate piece which means modifying it is a nightmare. I literally could not use it with the avatar I'd intended because it could not but shrunk down to fit.
