Then you need the GDS - Griefer Defense System!
GDS is a Security Tool designed for the use in Roleplay Sims.
GDS is a System what reacts on an actual Griefing/Rezzing attempt of Prims. The Alertvalues can be setup, lets say 100 Prims rezzed by one Avitar in 10 Seconds will trigger an Alarm and if enabled Land- or Estateban.
GDS can also ban underage Avatars. The most Griefers arent older as 14 Days.
Finally GDS can do an Ejection of Avitars what use to much Scripts or Memory. This can be done unidirectional, more to that later.
There is a Whitelist, Avitars in the Whitelist are allways safe from any Action of GDS.
There is also a Blacklist called Hatelist, where you can save Avitarnames of People what you wont on your Sim, they get banned allways, this safe space on your Landbanlist, the bans are temporary 24 hours, if they show up.
GDS works with Sensors or Collisionprims, you can setup the System to your needs! You can build also UNIDIRECTIONAL Scriptejectors for Roleplaypurposes.
Last but not Least, you can add upto 10 Managers to the System, they are able to start and stop it, they get IMs about Alerts and they are safe from any Action of GDS also. You dont need add Managers to the Whitelist.
NOTE BEFORE PURCHASING- person must have full land rights for GDS to work properly with the ban rights...the person should be an estatemanager or a sim owner!

Having a 24/7 Roleplay sim its not eas to manage everything, but with this system there are three major things I don;t have to worry about. !. Griefer, Lag due to scripts and under age avi. Plus to have Ron come to my sim and personally help with the setup and work me thru it step by step was amazing, Thank you so much for this product and the wonderful customer service ... PRICELESS!!!
Gives plenty of Warning and looks Neat!
Is a good thing it gives plenty of warning, and just to be safe I put ALL my tenants on the white list, and the one griefer who works for SLTA on the blacklist. I deeded it to my land, set the anti-rez settings, turned it on - THEN DELETED IT!!!

Make up your own minds - for me I will bounce griefers when I catch them!

...namely, the capacity to return the prims of griefers or ambitious builders who make things that rez prims slowly over time until the sim is full.
Plus, the only thing I can get out of it is:
"[23:14] *** GDS 2.01 *** whispers: Drone- and Grouplistener turned on by Script.
[23:14] *** GDS 2.01 *** whispers: Please check the Rezguard settings!"
As such, it's unusable because there is no error message telling me what's wrong with the default settings, and the original settings notecard is lost because the prim is no copy!
