Use:
----
The mask/titler is pretty easy to use and works best if you are using an RLV enabled viewer with RLV enabled. To use it just wear the mask/titler object. It works best if worn on the neck or nose.
It will do the following:

It detects when you enter an RP SIM that that mask/titler is designed to work in:
- It will use RLV to try and change your group to match the group that is set up in the mask. You must be a member of this group already.
- It will use RLV to capture all of your chats and emotes. It will try to make all your chat and emotes go be aliased so that your real SL name is hidden.
- It will use RLV to hide all names.
- It will use RLV to hide all SL titles.
- If auto lock is set it will automatically lock on the mask.
- It will accept commands from the mask/titler server in the SIM such as:
- Setting your nickname
- RLV locking or unlocking the mask/titler.
- RLV commands sent from the server. This makes it work as a custom RLV relay.

It detects when you leave an RP SIM the mask/titler is designed to work in:
- It will clear ALL RLV restrictions that have been set up through the mask.

Other features:
- The mask talks to an RP server that can be set up in the SIM. This server is designed to enforce rules set up by the manger of the RP SIM. It informs the server of your UUID, if you are wearing a mask, what your nickname is, and if you are using RLV.
- Allows you to set up your nick name. This is the name displayed over your head and the name that will be used in all chats and emotes. Note that the mask/titler will try to ensure that your nickname is unique in the region.
- Allows you to send an anonymous message to another nearby mask/titler user. This is to allow for limited private conversations.
- The mask/titler objects should be distributed with copy/mod (for the object itself not the scripts) permissions. This will allow you to link it into existing items such as worn masks.
- FOR EXPERT USERS ONLY! The device is packaged as mod/copy/xfer. this allows you to customize the look and use as you desire. By default it is a titler. This makes it a "stick" that is worn on neck or anywhere on head to make a title appear over the avatar. There is no reason you cannot take the contents out and put it in something else (mask or HUD attachment) or link it to an existing mask or worn attachment. Note that if worn as a hud no one will see your title. This may be a desired configuration.

Say the following on the command channel to perform operations.

help - to display command help
Example: /33help
reset - reset the mask
Example: /33reset
nickname,NAME - to set a nickname. Replace "NAME" with the nickname to use.
Example: /33nickname,Ruby
whisper,NAME - to whisper a message to someone. Where 'NAME' is the nickname of the person to whisper to.
Example: /33whisper,Master Fred
