GeckoTanks Weapons - GPM-02 Ganymede Missile Launcher Versión 1.6

Version 1.5 Fixed a bug with the permissions that was causing the Ganymede to become "No-Copy" if it was rezzed on the ground and picked back up.

Version 1.4 Fixed a bug with the gestures introduced in version 1.3, as well as a bug with the updating feature.

Version 1.3 features additional optional gestures to cycle through all projectiles.

Version 1.2 features the ability to change projectile speed, and optional gestures with hotkeys to easily bring up the weapon menu, and to change the projectile speed.

Version 1.1 features improved fire control systems and an all-new burst fire mode!

1. Introduction

This is a GeckoTanks brand weapon.

GeckoTanks Weapons are meant to have a sci-fi, comic book, and even video game feel to them. They are designed to be fun to fire and easy to mod. They are not designed to excel at capturing or pushing avatars, or to be hyper-realistic.

2. Features

There is a fair amount of scripting in the GPM-02 Ganymede! Included features are:

1. DESIGNED TO BE MODABLE
This weapons was designed to be modable, including the ability to add your own sounds and projectiles, and to modify (at least to some extent) the included projectiles.

2. Multiple Projectiles
This weapon comes with four included projectiles. Included is:

I. The standard missile, it explodes big and boomy!
II. The lightning-enchanted missile. It has been enchanted with lightning magic in an unholy fusion of magic and technology. It explodes into a vibrant swirl of smoke and electricity!
III. The Shield Generating Pod. When it impacts another object, or the ground, it turns 180 degrees and then spawns a temporary, spherical shield! If the shield pod impacts an avatar, it moves to the avatar's feet and traps them in a shield!
IV. The Cupcake. When it impacts anything, it splats with an appropriate sound effect. Rumor has it that there is a 1 in 16 chance of getting a special splat sound when the cupcake splats...

3. Customized Projectiles
This weapon is set up to allow you to add additional projectiles, or customize the existing projectiles.

3.1. Burst fire mode!
There is now a burst fire mode that lets you fire four shots in rapid succession, followed by a longer-than-normal cooldown.

4. Sound Effects
This weapons has a few sound effects, in addition to the sound effects in the projectiles.

I. There is a sound effect when a projectile is launched, as explained in the previous section.
II. There is a sound effect when you switch projectile types.
III. There is a sound effect, after you fire, when your launcher reloads.

5. Cupcake
The cupcake splats when it hits something!

6. Updates
Free updates are available for the GPM-02 Ganymede. The GPM-02 Ganymede includes a menu with an Update button to check for updates, and also checks for updates whenever it is equipped.
