The Global License Plate System is a free, full-perm license plate model that can be linked to virtually any land vehicle. The included script automatically renders text in various fonts and layouts based on customizable templates.
A free NBS API key is required for full functionality (instructions included in package).

I went to the sim. clicked the atm, went to the site and all it does it take me to my account. and as the notecard says to go to settings... there is not settings options. just wasted my time.
